Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through liitt.co, operated by Foundrz LLC (“Liitt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Order Processing

We’re fast! Most orders placed before 3:00 PM ET ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will typically ship out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, our average delivery time is 2–5 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Addresses and Return-to-Sender

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders marked “Return to Sender” or sent back outside our returns process may not be eligible for a refund. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@liitt.co if your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, so we can help make it right.

International Shipping

Where we offer international shipping, delivery times vary by destination, and you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Please refer to your local customs office for more information.
