Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through liitt.co, operated by Foundrz LLC (“Liitt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

60-Day First-Order Refund Guarantee

We offer a 60-day refund policy on your first order, so you can try Liitt with confidence. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. This guarantee applies only to your initial (first) order of Liitt products and applies once per customer.

To be eligible, the order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you have placed with us.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, please contact us at support@liitt.co with your order number. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@liitt.co if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used perishable goods (such as opened supplement products). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Merchandise (such as apparel, drinkware, and other branded non-supplement items) is sold as final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except where the item arrives damaged or defective. If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@liitt.co with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We provide free exchanges with no handling fee. If you exchange for a higher-value product, the price difference will apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@liitt.co.

Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we may be unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Subscriptions can be managed at any time through your account portal, where you can pause, skip, or cancel upcoming orders in a few steps, subject to any cutoff times shown at checkout.
